To educate you further about my virtual OD trainings and services, I’ve created this list of frequently asked questions. If you do not see the answer to a question you have, I encourage you to contact me.

OD is the practice of helping organizations and the people within them plan for success, resolve problems, and reach their goals.

Also known as “people skills,” interpersonal skills are all about communicating and working well with others. Don’t worry if you are not a natural people person. I am here to provide you a clear understanding of these skills and teach you how to practice them.

When employees have strong interpersonal skills, they can communicate well with others, remain calm under pressure, foster team success, and create a positive culture. While it’s important to develop these skills, it’s even more crucial to know when to use them.

While interpersonal skills are crucial in all work environments, they are particularly important in virtual settings. Since employees in virtual settings may not be in the same geographic location as their co-workers and clients and have the ability to see others in person, effective communication is the key to their success.

They need to know how to communicate effectively via phone, email, text, instant message, and video conference. In addition, effective communication is a must for virtual leaders as it can help them guide their team and create synergy. 

Currently, I provide virtual OD services to those who work for organizations in the for profit and non-profit sectors. While my focus is small and medium sized organizations, I encourage anyone looking to develop their interpersonal skills to work with me. 

While most OD consultants offer services in-person, my training and services are conducted online. This means that I can help you, regardless of where you or your organization are in the country or world. If you have adopted a virtual work environment, you can also count on me to provide you with the knowledge and resources you need to make this transition effectively.
